$33.77 - $35.72 perhour 

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated ProgramCoordinator to assist in the successful development andimplementation of our Braking the Cycle program at our Townsvillelocation. Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor programdesigned to support learner drivers without access to a supervisoror registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. The aim ofthe program is to provide young people with increased employmentopportunities and driver education.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible forbuilding effective networks and developing partnerships withcommunity organisations to ensure the continuity of the BTC programand to improve youth development. The role also supports the YouthClub Manager in daily operational management of the Club andprovides appropriate referrals for program participants to relevantcommunity organisations.

About You

• Minimum Diploma of youth work or a relevant qualification inthe area of practice
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in social and communityprograms
• Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff andvolunteers
• Demonstrated experience working with people of all ages andphysical attributes
• Hold a current driver’s licence
