Planned Resources are partnering with a national planning and design consultancy currently looking for a Principal/Associate Director to lead and develop their Urban Planning team in Sydney office.

The company

This is a national consultancies with offices across 4 major capital cities in Australia. Their Sydney planning studio is going through a growth period – working alongside Landscape Architects and Urban Designers, the Planning team's projects and clients are quite broad – but more skewed towards private sector clients. They have work in a range of statutory and DA projects across different sectors including commercial, mixed use, master planning and renewables.

The role

This role will be a mix of technical delivery, business strategy, client development and team leadership. There are strong internal support from Executive Directors, State Manager, Practice Lead within and across offices to ensure success in this role.

We are keen to speak with candidates with extensive experience (10+ years of experience), with strong working knowledge of NSW Planning system and broad network within Sydney and NSW regions – either from consulting or public sector background.
