Role Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a forward-thinking Digital & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling messages and ideas for various brands, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to reinforce brand identity and image across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearly and persuasively describe product features, specifications, and benefits while defining unique selling points and differentiators.
• Write compelling copy for product packaging, web content, marketing materials, websites, social media, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop user manuals, guides, and FAQs to aid customers in product usage.
• Reinforce brand identity through consistent messaging and style in all copy, while reviewing and editing for accuracy, grammar, style, and brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to understand target audience demographics, preferences, and collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in content creation for various brands and products, with a particular advantage if gained within manufacturing or tech brands.
• Possess strong attention to detail and fluency in copywriting, coupled with a creative mindset geared towards delivering high-quality work outputs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
