About the Opportunity
Are you ready to be a part of something transformative? Carey is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant to the Director - Digital Transformation.
As the Assistant to the Director, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our Technology Services department. You'll be a key partner and supporter to the Director, helping drive our digital transformation initiatives forward.
This 0.6FTE position will work across the week to ensure the Director and Technology Services team is suitably supported.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Teritiary qualifications in Business Administration or relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational and/or technology setting
- Strong administrative and people skills and the ability to support a busy Director and leadership team
- Highly proficient in using productivity and office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with all stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
- Comfortable embracing technologies to enhance personal and team efficiencies and effectiveness
