About the role
We are looking for an energetic, client-focused Office Leader in our Ipswich Office with solid experience in personal injuries law who will be responsible for managing a reduced file load along with supervision responsibilities of a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include running personal injury files, developing and mentoring lawyers of varying levels of experience, team management of both lawyers and legal support team members, with a key focus on building the practice, helping to oversee the financial performance of the office, and day to day management of office matters.
The experience we are looking for
You will ideally will have experience leading a team and be able to meet the following criteria:
- Extensive experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and Compulsory Third-Party claims.
- Demonstrated litigation experience.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated capacity in executing business development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to file management.
- Experience working in a high-volume work environment.
- An Accredited Specialisation in Personal Injuries would be advantageous however not essential.
