Product Design Lead

In this role, you will lead a team of designers to design user experiences and interfaces for a wide range of divisions throughout the organisation. You will own and execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, including facilitating workshops, testing prototypes, creating sketches, building wireframes, journey maps, personas, and high-fidelity visual designs that bring to life the intended experience for stakeholders.

- Extensive experience in the end-to-end UX and UI design process including design tooling; a strong portfolio that demonstrates this would be advantageous
- Ability to influence and articulate the value of Design to senior business stakeholders
- A designer that strives for excellence and is a passionate advocate for our users
- A problem solver who loves big challenges and tackles them in a collaborative and visual way
- A leader who is able to collaborate with developers, product owners and wider project stakeholders
