Our cores services include health and safety strategy, leadership development, critical control risk management, contractors safety, psychosocial management. We also like to support major events such as the NRL, music festivals, Moto GP, Grand Prix and other fun events

One of our primary digital solutions includes the Health & Safety Index, a simple online diagnostic tool enabling organisations to measure, focus and act on improvements that matter. We operate in Australia, Canada, Europe, and UK.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Consultant / Senior Safety Consultant to join our team in Sydney reporting to our Director Terry Swanton, working alongside other team members in Sydney and other regions:

  • Consultant: Developing career, solid experience and looking to take the next step in professional development; or
  • Senior Consultant: Established strong career history, and proven experience. Open to learning and future career progression.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you must be happy to work with a little ambiguity, respond to challenging situations at short notice, have a sense of humour when things don’t go to plan and celebrate success stories

We are a small business with typical growing pains. Being able to operate with discipline in the absence of formal processes is important.

You will play an important role supporting our own strategy development and execution as consultancy business. You will also advise and guide our clients on health and safety improvements that matter. We pride ourselves on adding value, not adding complexity.

This dynamic role requires a focused, detailed orientated and proactive individual e.g.

  • Willing to collaborate, share experiences and learn from others
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Cert IV or higher technical qualification in Risk Management, WHS, Allied Health and/or Environment Science.
  • The Consultant will work both from home, and on client sites from time to time
  • We have a good network of consultants across Australia and New Zealand, so travel will be intermittent.
