Job Title: Highways Quality Engineer
Salary: Competitive
Contract Type: Fixed Term (9 months)
Project Location: Swindon

Purpose of the Role:

As a Quality Engineer, you will work on a Fixed Term Contract for the final 9 months of our Swindon project. Surrounded by an outstanding team, you will ensure product quality is delivered throughout our site works, maintaining a commercial awareness of profitability on construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supervise contracted staff, ensuring compliance with project-specific quality requirements and records.
- Maintain up-to-date as-built information and ensure works delivery is fully compliant with specifications.
- Convey quality specifications and requirements to the workforce and other engineering staff on site.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in the role of Quality Engineer, you will have:

- Experience in a similar discipline,
- A qualification in Civil Engineering such as a degree, HNC, or HND.
- An eye for detail and strong supervisory skills.
