Seeking an Administration Assistant to work for a leading global insurance company in Shepparton, Victoria

The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to a Loss Adjuster or small team of Loss Adjusters.

What you will be doing?

  • Efficient and accurate data entry, typing of assessment reports, correspondence and other documents.
  • Claim lodgement and registration and update claims management system as required
  • Monitor and manage dedicated mail inbox
  • Answering inbound calls and respond to queries via telephone and email.
  • Diary management as required
  • Other ad hoc administration and claims related tasks as required, to assist the team

What we are looking for?

  • Previous experience working within the administration space.
  • Experience within insurance/property management/claims an advantage but not required.
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Can-do attitude and self motivation.
