Your duties will include: 

  • Evaluating market trends to identify potential clients and develop pipelines to meet individual and business revenue goals
  • Partnering with the Solutions Design, Commercial, and Operational teams to develop strategies and solutions specific to each customer need
  • Aligning internal resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to create a seamless solution for current or future customers – delivering on our promise to be The Provider of Choice
  • Track and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and market share

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Extensive experience across Supply Chain and Logistics, in particular, the development of bespoke, dedicated transport solutions
  • A strong understanding of the Australian transport landscape
  • A proven track record in the development of new logistics products and services
  • Successful history of building strategic customer relationships and long cycle sales
  • Experience in customer negotiations 
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to see the 'big picture' and have an innovative & proactive approach
