The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, reliable, and experienced Yardman/Woman. This role demands teamwork, discipline, alertness, physical fitness, and the ability to work in alignment with production requirements. In addition to general yard duties such as receiving inbound goods, store and stock control, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Gardening tasks to maintain the appearance of the yard.
• Washing plant exterior walls to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Painting tasks as needed for maintenance purposes.

All employees are required to comply with safety, quality, and production requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in yardman duties and roles.
• Demonstrable knowledge and application of safe working practices in your daily work.
• General maintenance experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised at times.
• Commitment and reliability ensuring you complete your shifts as rostered.
• Demonstrable safe working skills.
