THE ROLE

The Video Adviser is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of strategic video/photography projects and initiatives that drive engagement and reach and build department or brand awareness.

Working closely with colleagues across the Branch, the Video Adviser will produce end-to-end video and photography assets for use on social media channels, at events and otherwise. They will plan, create and coordinate engaging and relevant content.

  • A skilled video content producer, with a natural flair for storytelling?
  • Technically proficient in all aspects of video/photography, including pre-production, shooting, post-production and publication?
  • Keen to work across multiple portfolios creating best practice video content as part of a dynamic content and creative team?
  • A natural collaborator with strong engagement skills?

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Produce, write and publish engaging video content across all department social media channels in accordance with the social media strategy and editorial plan.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) and work cross-functionally with other members of the Public Engagement team to develop and deliver engaging and strategic social content.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies and guidelines to establish best-practice, build engagement and inclusion, and manage risk
