Genesis is currently seeking applications for Maintenance Supervisor to be at the forefront of our Laverton Gold Operation mine restart.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will ensure effective and responsive maintenance support is provided to Laverton Operations to safely achieve the equipment availability and asset utilisation essential for optimum process within the operations.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working 8 days on, 6 days off roster. The role may be Fly-in Fly-out from Perth WA, Drive-in Drive-out from Kalgoorlie or residential in Leonora and Laverton.

The opportunity

  • Providing efficient and effective infield support of the Maintenance teams to ensure that the processing plant can always operate optimally.
  • Implementation of maintenance schedules and recording of maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring all parts and tooling is available for the maintenance team to carry out planned works in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ensuring all statutory requirements of the role are met around classified plant.
  • Contributing productively as a member of the Laverton Maintenance Team to facilitate and complete whole of job function tasks, which include preparation of JHA's, take 3's, Field Leadership Activities and Work Management practices.
