About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Productivity and Agile Lead to provide visibility of productivity metrics, provide both tactical and strategic advice that will be executed by the Delivery Optimisation team to positively shift metrics.

You’ll join an innovative team that will provide methods for greater uplift to teams based on their productivity and performance.

As our Senior Productivity and Agile Lead, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Develop key metrics to measure success of the portfolio, programs, and initiatives

  • Provide a strategic approach to see improved key delivery metrics and provide insights on continuous improvement opportunities, capability and uplift

  • Collect and analyse information which is relevant to performance and delivery

  • Implement and coordinate best practices with the aim of driving a culture of continuous improvement

  • Facilitate the flow of work and drive collaboration & alignment between teams

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

  • High level understanding of delivery metrics and industry best practice

  • Experience in developing strategies to improve baseline metrics with a hands on approach to execution

  • Highly developed skills in establishing and managing business relationships

  • Strong experience in reporting visualisation and tangible insights

  • Strong experience in ways of working, and prioritising, including dealing with competing demands and managing tasks in a complex environment to support prioritisation

  • Excellent personal communication and consultation skills appropriate for all levels of an organisation

  • Expert level understanding of delivery tools
