Their commitment to excellence and innovation has established as a market leader and now looking to bolster their design function in-house to ensure the seamless integration of creative vision and construction excellence.
The role.
This role is responsible for leading the in-house design team, driving innovative and practical design solutions for mixed-use development projects. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all stages of the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
You’ll be collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and well-coordinated designs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
What you need.
To be suitable for this position you’ll have extensive experience in design across major commercial and multi-residential projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. For this role you’ll need to be a registered architect in ACT and have proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team of designers.
