Work directly with a team of creative producers, developers and designers in this exciting leadership opportunity Our client is looking to appoint a senior-level digital talent with knowledge & expertise in social, content, paid and organic media.

The Opportunity:
  • Support the General Manager & work closely with the Founder
  • Manage and mentor a small team of digital managers
  • Manage key client relationships, proactively acting as the first point of contact for all things digital marketing
  • Strategise, coordinate and implement powerful performance digital marketing campaigns
  • Clearly communicate with clients regarding expectations, marketing performance, strategies, and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop exceptional, results-focused work
  • Generate client-centric reports focused on core success metrics - like budget, conversion optimisation, traffic performance and creative performance
  • Stay abreast with the latest developments, trends and strategies for different digital platforms
  • Ensure that the client receives all required deliverables to meet account goals
  • End-to-end project management (plans, templates, status reports, etc.)
  • Budget management, forecasting and reporting
  • Client and stakeholder liaison
  • Quality assurance and technical development (front-end, back-end development)
  • Strategic development
  • Contribute to business development (pitches, new client proposals, tenders)
You:
  • Currently live in Melbourne
  • Minimum of 10+ years (digital marketing) experience + leadership experience Experienced in Google Analytics, SemRush, Ahrefs, Tag Manager, AdWords, SEO, Google algorithms and other search-related tools
  • Understands Meta platform and advertising best practices in strategy and optimisation
  • Previous experience managing staff / small teams is required
  • Relevant tertiary degree
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly proficient in project management and documentation
  • Excellent networker with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Passion for digital marketing with strong knowledge of social media, emerging technologies, e-commerce projects, hosting/video hosting, testing/QA best practice
  • Highly skilled in online advertising campaigns, paid and organic media
  • Previous experience with budget management and reporting is ideal
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
