Position Available:

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Advice & Planning who is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Reporting to the Regional Manager - Advice & Planning, you will work collaboratively and in partnership with Operations and Quality to ensure high standards of clinical and care outcomes for clients under myHomecare Group’s Approved Provider accountabilities.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Advice & Planning team to deliver high quality client experiences.
  • Ensuring effective onboarding of all clients within agreed timeframes.
  • Managing team workloads to ensure timely completion of care & services plans.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of client’s budgets.
  • Providing a duty of care to clients by anticipating risks.
  • Investigating and responding to complex issues.
  • Ensuring clear audit trails of client interactions are maintained.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Problem-solving abilities with critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care.
  • Customer service skills and knowledge of Home Care Packages.
  • Intermediate MS Office computer skills.
