An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to join the team located in Richmond on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the overall projection to transition into a permanent role. This role is ideal for a Junior HR professional looking to advance their career and continue to build strong foundation while focusing on career growth.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to...

• Assisting with reporting, headcount reconciliation, project coordination and HR-IS usability testing
• HR Administrative duties, assisting with stakeholder management
• Recruitment / Talent Acquisition - working internally on roles as well as liaising with external recruitment partners
• Responding to low level general HR enquiries
• Partnering with the CEO & Managing director to assist with presentations, learning and development initiatives / events, organising travel requirements, ect.

• Prior experience of around 1-3 years in a HR Coordinator position is necessary
