About the role:
Arrotex Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who will primarily support the day-to-day tactical reporting task requirements of Arrotex Supply Chain, leveraging data from multiple disparate sources and ensuring accuracy or reporting. The role will also support initiatives to streamline and automate reporting tasks, improving timeliness of information for both supply chain stakeholders and customers. In doing so the role will enable the development of meaningful reporting insights and progress Arrotex supply chain analytical maturity.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring supply chain data is fit for purpose; clean and reportable; applying data cleansing principles and processes to detect and correct inaccurate information / records from various internal and external data sources
- Maintaining established processes with strong attention to detail.
- Supporting the development of centralised reporting initiatives and work with stakeholders with ongoing change management initiatives
- Proactively optimise workflows to improve timeliness of SC reporting to enable stakeholders to capitalise on insights derived from tactical reporting.
- Bringing a customer service focus to supporting the supply chain team and customers with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, regulatory and other wholesaler coordinators.
Skills/Quals we need:
- Strong knowledge in a supply chain role. Ideally skills are gained within manufacturing, pharmaceutical or FMCG company.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practice and the ability to implement that vision within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in supply chain knowledge of systems and processes from supplier to consumer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and supporting tools (e.g. Power Query, Dataflows)
- Ability to understand requests and communicate findings promptly and concisely
- Managing deadlines in a changing environment; strong organisation skills.
- Business planning skills, including broad understanding of financial implications and trend recognition.
- Managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
