The Role:
As a Senior Analyst Engineer (Web) you will be part of an exciting team that builds and develops solution as a framework. You will Leverage your extensive knowledge in React and front-end development to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, establish best practices, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enhancement of our React-based front-end framework, ensuring it meets the organization's needs for micro front-end solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize reusable UI components that adhere to design and accessibility standards, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our development processes.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver cohesive and high-quality solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for and implementing best practices in React and front-end development.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Perform code reviews and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to web development
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with at least 8+ year's experience in IT industry.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a React developer hands on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong experience in developing UI Components that meet industry standard for Accessibility
- Experience in ReactNative and using reusable React Native modules is an added advantage
- Solid understand of full stack web development
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, including RESTful APIs, authentication, and data synchronization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
