We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time position involves ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition by providing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs.

1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
2. Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner
3. Processing vehicles onsite, off-site, and online
4. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timeliness and cost-effectiveness
5. Assisting with production management of the center
6. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition

We are looking for someone with proven experience in preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive repair industry. Experience with AudaNet is desirable. Customer service skills, professional demeanor, strong computer abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are crucial. Safety commitment, reliability, and punctuality are a must.
