Founded in Sydney in 2009, and part of the M&C Saatchi Group, Re is now in London, New York and Shanghai. Our Australian team is made up of over 60 diverse thinkers and makers, from consultants to copywriters to coders.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Digital Designer at Re, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our creative reputation. Skilled in UI design, you’ll enhance clients’ brands while collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists to bring creative concepts to life. Supporting the Design Director and creative leadership, you’ll ensure top-notch interaction design and execution. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding work that makes us proud.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Translate creative concepts into the digital space, while ensuring the highest quality interaction design and execution.
  • Play a key role in the development of design systems from conceptualisation through to ongoing consultation.
  • Help raise the level of digital design across the agency’s output, and embed strong IA and digital design.
  • Contribute to planning, creating and effectively presenting digital creative concepts and design executions.
  • Become a trusted partner to your day-to-day clients.
  • Help identify and convert creative opportunities on your accounts.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong digital design skills: the ability to create user-informed, beautifully crafted work.
  • Excellent communication: the ability to effectively tell a story and convey ideas in a compelling way.
  • Meticulous attention to detail: consistently meeting briefs and taking full ownership of work quality.

Your ideal experience:

  • Experience as a Digital Designer with a passion for UI, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your lead work in well-architected design systems.
  • Proven expertise in digital design, including designing web and mobile applications.
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
