Right at Home has new opportunities available for dedicated community care cleaners to join our team. This role will include helping people in the community to do the tasks they are no longer able to do themselves to maintain their independence at home.

Right at Home Townsville has established an extensive client base developed through our ability to cater for all clients, our ability to provide an individualised approach to in-home care, and also through our reputation in the community.

For this position we are offering flexible working hours. 
Shifts to Start and End at: 
8:30am OR 9am Start Time.
2:30pm OR 3pm Finish Time. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Domestic Support
  • Assist with housekeeping, including household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients for grocery shopping, errands, and appointments when required. 
  • Keep the living environment clean and organized
• General
• Support elderly individuals in maintaining their independence and well-being.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
• Assist with household chores and organizing activities.

Requirements:

• Australian National Police Check (or eligibility to obtain)
• Driver's Licence and reliable registered vehicle (with Comprehensive Insurance)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain

Experience in Aged or community care or cleaning desirable.
