Acquired Awareness Traffic Management is a highly regarded supplier of all Traffic Management Solutions. We have large government and private sector contracts covering numerous projects and locations.

Our Brendale based team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Traffic Management Designer to help us continue to provide high-quality service to our clients. In this role you will be part of a successful and supportive team who specialises in outstanding customer service and always strives to deliver the best outcomes.

The suitable applicant must have the ability to work in a busy team environment as well as work independently and use their own initiative. Key Responsibilities 

  • Creation and quality assurance of simple and complex traffic guidance schemes and traffic management plans in accordance with client requirements, company guidelines and relevant standards 
  • Liaise with clients to fully understand their job requirements and expectations
  • Provide optional and alternative treatment advice to meet client requirements
  • Successful coordination of job requirements between internal teams

Role requirements

  • Experience in traffic management design
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technical documents
  • Experience designing in Rapid Plan (Invarion) or similar
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience with external permit processes (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Current QLD licences (TMD, TC, TMI & DL)
  • Previous experience with the following software
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Competitive annual salary dependent on experience and output
  • Fully maintained company vehicle with fuel card for personal use
