Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key teams to maintain and support the core business functionality of the D365 environment.
- Utilize business process modelling techniques to depict process flows and identify areas for enhancement.
- Transform business requirements into technical deliverables aligning with industry best practices.
- Develop and prepare documentation such as technical requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide support for users, perform troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis of production issues.
- Interpret requirements and develop software following team leadership and architectural design vision.
- Build and nurture strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and stakeholder involvement.
- Contribute to initiatives that positively impact stakeholders within the VET domain.
What We Are Looking For:
- Technical Expertise in Dynamics 365 ecosystem with a proven track record of contributing to complex business initiatives.
- Experience aligning technical delivery efforts with strategic objectives.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, departments, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels and managing expectations.
- Track record of contributing to informed decision-making through clear analysis.
- Proficiency in documenting analysis findings and requirements in clear and concise formats.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Azure Pipelines, and Power Apps Flows.
- Experience in developing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Proficiency in integrating and consuming Azure platform services using Pipelines, Dataverse, and Power Apps Flows.
- Experience managing and contributing to projects within digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of DevOps pipeline, release, and environment management in an Agile delivery environment.
- Proven negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective communication skills.
