About your new job
As a team assistant, you will be providing support to 5 pacific leaders. You will also be responsible for but not limited to –
•Managing inbound and outbound calls
•Manage emails and respond as required
•Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, organising board papers, and reporting, take minutes and agendas
•Provide travel support for the leadership team – flight, accommodation, etc.
•Assisting with the coordination of upcoming conferences
•Provide presentation support for upcoming meetings and events i.e. enhancement of visual layout etc.
•Be a reference point on purchasing, administration, training and financial matters for the HCS team
•Collate good news stories throughout the quarter for submission for awards and recognition

About you
•You will have excellent communication, organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
•Previous experience on a global level will be highly regarded
•You will have exceptional PowerPoint skills
•You will have great attention to detail with the ability to solve problems, be analytical, and be a strategic thinker
•Competent in MS office including Excel, Word, and email
•Love a variety in your role, with the ability to multi-task throughout your day
