TheOpportunity

WesCEF are going through a digitaltransformation and this is a fantastic time for you bring yourChange Management skills

Reporting to the ERP ProgramManager, as the Change Manager, you will be responsible for leadingmanagement for the ERP programme, establishing a change managementframework and toolset.

This is a fixed termrole for 18 months

About You

The successful incumbent willpossess the following:

  • At least seven years’ experience in a changemanagement role providing significant input to large-scaleorganisational change efforts, business strategy orplanning. 
  • An understanding of PROSCI change management methodology(desirable).
  • A relevant tertiary education and/or Project Managementqualifications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, withability to clearly articulate and influence a variety ofaudiences towards a common vision or goal.
  • Demonstrate a customer centric approach and the ability tohold teams and individuals accountable for meetingobjectives.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisationalissues and challenges.
  • An understanding of the development of KPI’s thatcreate business insight.
