We're currently working with a community-focused organization based in the northern suburbs. They're looking to bring in a Digital Delivery Manager to manage, lead and mentor a Digital Delivery team that includes BA's, PM's and testing professionals to ensure a cohesive end-to-end user experience for our customers.

As the Digital Delivery Manager, you will be focused on leading and facilitating cross-functional steering and working groups to identify current state pain points and improvement opportunities, to prioritise the remediation and enhancement activities to improve the digital enablement of internal business functions.

The role is initially offered as a permanent engagement with a salary of up to $155,000 plus super depending on relevant experience. The client operates a hybrid work model with 3 days per week on-site as standard though travel to additional sites within VIC will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and execute the integration of the digital program of work, projects, systems, and roadmaps across the organisation to create an enhanced user experience for the customers, community, and staff.
• Collaborate and work with stakeholders to develop the delivery roadmap and pipeline of initiatives ensuring those stakeholders are engaged, involved, and informed.
• Lead a team of cross functional disciplines to iteratively enhance the digital presence, channels, and products to create elevated experiences.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gain insights into customer experience needs to ensure digital initiatives are delivered and meet customer expectations.
• Align conceptual design, CX/UX techniques with technical feasibility to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and high value whilst ensuring digital initiatives are captured with a user centred design focus.
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and scope with variations appropriately governed.

Required Skills & Specialisms:

• Full permanent working rights within Australia and a Current driver's licence (travel to other sites will be required)
• A relevant undergraduate degree qualification in a Digital discipline or postgraduate qualifications in specialist of Digital discipline; and/or equivalent level of expertise gained from other related discipline with a combination of significant high-level experience, professional accreditation, and qualifications (min 10 years).
• Proven ability to interpret a complex mix of stakeholder needs, business drivers, tactics, and strategies to develop effective business cases and program/project plans.
• Extensive program and project delivery experience with consistently successful outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• High level knowledge of digital roadmaps and customer journey principles through a strategic mindset.
• Proven experience representing the voice of the customer and applying CX/UX techniques to deliver excellent customer experiences including user centred design principles.
• Able to build and maintain effective relationship, including demonstrated experience in negotiation and problem solving with staff at all levels.
