What you will be responsible for
As a Technical Lead, you will:
- Lead full stack development for web-based applications using React.js, .Net Core, and Azure technologies.
- Review and refine requirements, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Mentor and motivate a talented team, guiding them towards achieving project goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct peer testing and code reviews and provide support in fixing issues.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documents and ensure best practices in software development.
- Work with agile methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
- Advanced skills in front-end technologies such as modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
- Extensive experience with back-end technologies, including .Net Core, C#, ORM frameworks, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient with version control systems and continuous integration/deployment tools (CI/CD)
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Expertise in cloud functions and familiarity with cloud services for security, workflow automation, and data storage.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a development team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
