We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for IT Technician for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.

Start date: July 2024

Estimated Duration: 12 months renew annually

Service requirement: FTE Support and On Call Dispatch tickets

Scope:

· Operations & Technical Support (including B/F, Printers etc.)

· Tech bar / IT Solution Centre

· Audio/Video Support

· Digital Lockers & Vending Machines

· Stock Management / Asset Management

· Shipping, Disposal & Data Wiping Support Services

· IMACs and Break-fix

· VIP Support

· IT Supply Chain

· Offshore visits (water egress training/certificate required)

Skillset

· Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains

· Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes

· Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications

· Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting

· Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry and iPhones

· Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components

· Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques

· Familiarity with virtual , MDM and VPN environments

· Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous

· CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE are desirable certifications

· DELL Certification desirable

· Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment would be beneficial

· Exceptional customer facing skills

· Able to communicate clearly and effectively with end users

· Logical and analytical approach to work

· Accurate record keeping

· Able to work unsupervised

· Good timekeeper

· Intense focus on quality work

· Productive and Efficient

Service Window: Standard Working Days (09:00 – 18:00)

Language(s): Good English language skills in reading, writing and speech as well as local language.
