What you'll be doing

  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, marketing objectives, and KPIs. Regularly communicate campaign performance, updates, and recommendations to clients.
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies for your clients that align with their goals and budget across a mix of digital channels, such as PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising.
  • Performance Analytics: Use various analytical tools and platforms to track and analyze campaign performance. Measure KPIs, conversion rates, CTRs, ROAS, and other metrics, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms which involves creating and optimizing ads, setting up targeting parameters, and monitoring budgets.
  • Team Management

What we are looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of experience working in a Digital Marketing agency. A solid understanding of performance channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with Data Analysis Tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or other marketing analytics platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Proven experience in Budget Management, being able to set and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver results within the allocated budget.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. You'll need to present campaign performance reports and strategies clearly and persuasively.
