At P'Nut, we are combining the best Asian flavours and culture to build an edgy, street atmosphere within our restaurants. Our vision is to take our customers on a real Asian food journey – one slurp at a time. P’Nut is no ordinary restaurant. The first and only restaurant in Australia to use authentic, made-from-scratch sauce bases directly from Thailand, without preservatives or nasties.

The position involves supporting the restaurant manager to achieve store targets around:

• CUSTOMER (including customer service, mystery shopper, product quality, complaints and cleanliness)
• PEOPLE (including food safety standards, training and staff safety)
• SALES (including local store initiatives and executing promotional activities)
• PROFITS (including cash and stock control, store maintenance and monitor spending).

To be successful in this position you need:

• Extroverted and results driven personality and must enjoy working with people.
• Excellent customer service and fantastic interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
• Result oriented and want to take up a challenge while having fun.
• Love & passionate about food, service and hospitality industry.
• Must be willing to learn all stations in the restaurant ( Front & Back of house, complete training provided)
• “Do whatever it takes” attitude is a must.
• Willing to learn and become a future P` Nut leader
