Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting)

Mars Recruitment is delighted to announce our partnership with a Professional Services client, who are looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join them.

The Accounts Receivable Manager plays a critical role in the business, overseeing revenue transactions and ensuring compliance, managing the weekly client invoicing process, and maintaining proactive communication with clients.

The Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and reporting weekly client invoicing, along with maintaining client invoicing relationships.
  • Keep accurate records of development and committed spend to support budget maintenance and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Accurately process customer invoices, credit notes, and payment data within specified time frames in the company's financial system.
  • Perform debtor collections via email and phone to ensure timely payment of overdue invoices by customers.
  • Create detailed aging analysis and other accounts receivable reports to support banking requirements.

The Requirements:

  • Possessing 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Keen eye for detail and showcasing multitasking abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exhibiting strong Excel skills and familiarity with a widely used ERP system.
