We have a full-time opportunity for a dynamic Retail Store Manager (or someone ready to step up) to join our team and drive our growth. We seek a dedicated, enthusiastic team player with proven retail performance and management expertise.

Is This You? 
• You have a passion for Movies + Music 
• Proven success in managing a retail store, department, or section. 
• Experience with HiFi + Home Theatre is advantageous but not required
• A natural leader who inspires and drives team motivation. 
• Skilled in coaching teams to hit targets and achieve excellence. 
• Demonstrates the highest levels of honesty and integrity. 
• Confident in tackling tough conversations and overcoming obstacles. 
• Strong communicator with sharp written and verbal skills. 
• Expert in leading high-performance teams with a focus on superior customer service.
• Ready to work within rostering guidelines, including weekends.

Your New Role 
Lead our Thornbury VIC Retail Store in a dynamic and customer-focused setting. You'll oversee a team dedicated to providing outstanding advice and support to customers via phone, email, and in-store interactions. Drive growth through innovative strategies, identify new sales opportunities, and champion customer service excellence. Cultivate a high-performing team culture that consistently delivers unforgettable customer experiences.
