Arcadia Landscape Architecture is an award winning, design-driven landscape architecture and urban design practice, with studios in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne.
Job DescriptionAs a Landscape Architect with Arcadia you will:
- Assist the Principals and Project Managers to manage a variety of projects to budget and schedule;
- Undertake and assist in designs and design development of projects across a range of project types and project phases;
- Undertake site inspections, cost planning, product sourcing, documentation, detailing, invoicing and specification writing for architectural projects;
- Build positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders;
- Identify improvements to our processes and ways of working.
As a Landscape Architect you have, or mostly have:
- Well-developed technical skills in regards to design and construction techniques and programs;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, SketchUp and hand drawing;
- Strong time management skills to ensure jobs run to schedule;
- Good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral);
- 2+ years professional experience as a Landscape Architect;
- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or accepted equivalent skill set (e.g. Bachelor of Architecture with relevant horticulture training);
- Experience in using Revit (although not essential).
