The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Supervisor with a strong electrical systems service background to join our team and be a champion of a “safety first” culture. The role sits within our Rail Team looking after our existing customers.

The role is responsible for the daily leadership and management of a team of UPS technicians and apprentices for the installation & commissioning, servicing and repair of our customer's critical power assets.

This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday 38 hours per week from our Malaga office (7:30am to 4:00pm with a monthly RDO).

  • Previous experience on the ARC or PTA networks
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Current WA A Grade Electrical License
  • Construction Blue/ White Card
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent leadership skills - leading Resources electrical/technical team.
  • Manage the delivery of all technical works efficiently, on-time, on-budget and adhering to all customer site requirements.
  • Actively participate in all organisation activities including workplace health and safety, toolbox meetings and any other activities as required.
  • Reporting and recording all accidents, injuries or incidents which may occur and complete all paperwork as required.
  • Actively participating in professional development opportunities and successfully complete mandatory training.
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restriction and legislation and ensuring EPT’s adherence/compliance.
  • Commitment to EPT’s HSEQ System including all company policies and procedures.

Successful applicants must be able to obtain a minimum P01 Rail Access Competency and CAT 1 pre-employment rail medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
