About Coastal Dental Care Runaway Bay

You’ll be working with our co-owner Dr Will Dear, which means you’ll embrace a unique practice ethos and culture. Our busy 6 chair practice is proud to support our local community and ensures you will go home feeling rewarded for your contribution to patient care and the team. You’ll be working with our team of Dentists, Oral Health Therapists and experienced support staff.

The Role

Due to the expansion of our beautiful Runaway Bay practice, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dentist to join our team You will have the opportunity to utilise your knowledge and skills to treat our patients with clinical excellence. Your role includes:

• Maintaining a high attention to detail with excellent communication & treatment planning skills
• Engaged in specialist dentistry/future specialisation - we encourage this
• Building a long-term working relationship with our patients and team

About you

• High skill level in all areas of dentistry with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Current AHPRA registration (without restriction); and indemnity insurance
• Proven working experience in providing a high standard of care where the patients comfort is of upmost importance
• Flexibility with working days & hours plus availability to work Saturday advantageous
• Competitive commission rate of up to 42% based on experience and billing
