Job Opportunity: Practice Manager at Myhealth South Eveleigh

About Us:

Myhealth South Eveleigh is a bustling GP practice located in a vibrant community. With 6 General Practitioners and a team of Allied Health specialists, we are committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare services to our patients. Our team is known for its friendly and supportive environment, where collaboration and patient care are paramount.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and management oversight to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

- Oversee administrative and operational functions, including scheduling, billing, and inventory management.

- Foster a positive work culture and team environment, promoting collaboration and professional development.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.

- Liaise with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and vendors to optimise practice operations.

- Maintain accreditation standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in healthcare management, preferably in a GP practice setting.

- Best Practice Software experience preferred.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of GP health practices and Medicare regulations.

- Proven track record in practice management and administration.

- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
