Your Role
Due to an internal promotion, we have a great permanent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Claims professional to advance their career with our business in a people leadership position. As a Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of Claims Consultants and a dedicated Injury Management Advisor whose focus is on the health and recovery of people injured in motor vehicle accidents.
You’ll be supporting the team to achieve optimal results balancing customer, financial and regulatory expectations.
You’ll be working in a hybrid environment, with a requirement to work from the office at least two day per week and additional requirements for office attendance during initial training and according to business needs. With full training provided, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5pm, with some flexibility.
This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Sydney.
About You
• Proven experience in CTP claims management or a related field (e.g. Workers Compensation)
• Experience in dealing with customers, problem solving and diffusing conflict
• Strong leadership skills through prior people leadership experience or acting as a coach or mentor
• Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
• Outcome focussed with a drive to achieve results
• Computer skills, including an ability to troubleshoot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
