The Opportunity:

Here is your opportunity to develop a career with Komatsu - One of the leading OEM’s.

As a Leading Hand for our workshop and field service teams with Komatsu, you will be trained and developed to further your leadership career.

Your role will include coordinating maintenance and repairs on Komatsu mobile equipment in our Darwin workshop and local field service.

Being the face of Komatsu means providing excellent customer service to various client sites across the Darwin area.

As a Leading Hand you must contribute to a safe and efficient team environment.

Roster: Monday to Friday (plus overtime on Saturdays)

Role Located: Darwin, NT

What we are looking for:

  • Trade Certificate in Heavy Mobile Equipment
  • Knowledge and previous experience of the repair and maintenance of earthmoving equipment and components
  • Proven experience in a Leading Hand position preferred
  • A demonstrated commitment to safety with the ability to work in remote areas and unsupervised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good understanding of computer systems
  • A good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
