Qualifications & experience

  • Trade background - at least 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of safety requirements.
  • Previous leadership/supervision experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High level computer experience in Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage and execute maintenance work to achieve targeted service times.
  • Ensure that work is completed within allowed budget and resources.
  • Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and mentoring others.
  • Develop and strengthen key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained and repaired in accordance company policy.
