We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media, SEO and Content to join our vibrant, entrepreneurial, tech-savvy digital team to spearhead a portfolio of transformational growth partnerships for our industry leading clients in tech, B2B, lifestyle, health, and food & beverage.
About the role
You will be living and breathing content daily and will be someone who is constantly churning out content ideas from the wild and whacky to the conservative and professional type. You will be both creative and can see opportunities where others can’t, as well as analytical and curious, and can take the time to understand the stories behind the data.
You will have a real knack for copywriting and take joy from writing lengthy blog articles, as well as the shortest of captions – the shorter the better in some cases – that will deliver marketing outcomes for clients whether to generate awareness or to convert a sale.
You will be curious about AI, Search Engine Optimisation, and other channels that can help to drive brand awareness through search.
Reporting to a Growth Marketing Manager who will provide guidance and support on content and SEO, you will be in a position to contribute ideas as well as learn and grow as a professional in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Creating engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Creating a variety of short-form and long-form content assets, including blog posts, white papers, and website landing pages with error free and meticulous copywriting.
- Managing content publishing workflows using CMSs such as Shopify and WordPress.
- Managing social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and topics for SEO optimisation.
- Optimising website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for search engines using best SEO practices.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content calendars and coordinate content distribution across different channels.
- Identifying and engaging with influencers and industry experts to amplify the reach of content and build brand awareness.
- Analysing social media and SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, and providing regular reports and updates on performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Working cross-functionally with other teams, such as design, product, and sales, to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Experimenting with new content formats, channels, and strategies to test effectiveness and drive innovation in content marketing efforts.
- At times, working with the paid media team to develop content for paid campaigns.
- Assembling graphics using tools such as Canva and Figma
- Occasionally developing and reporting on email campaigns using Klaviyo, Shopify, and HubSpot
- Coordinating client workflows to ensure seamless flow of work and communications.
We want to hear from people who have 6 – 12 months experience in:
Working on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Good design eye and proficient in tools such as Canva or Figma
Proficient verbal and written skills and understanding of copywriting (English)
Good understanding of reporting and data analytics and exposure to reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio a bonus
Experience working with SEO related tools such as SEMrush a bonus ads
