Qualifications& Requirements:

● Bachelor degree or higher degree inrelevant fields. A Masters in Business and Administration (MBA) is highlydesirable.

● Experience managing projects and smallteams.

● Experience in construction andmanufacturing would be an advantage

●3 years experience minimum

●Acurrentand valid driver’s license

Duties& Responsibilities:

●Assistin organising to achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problemswithin the company

● Providing innovative solutions to supportshort and long-term business strategy, structure, and operations.

● Deliver recommendations to improve anddevelop new procedures at all levels of the organisation, including siteconstruction, manufacturing, product design, and electrical teams to meet theorganisation’s long-term purposes and objectives

●Have a calm and methodical approach todealing with internal company issues.

●Experience and ability to work with arange of computer programs. Simpro, Xero, and AutoCAD would be beneficial.

●Leadcontinuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business

● Assisting and encouraging the developmentof objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfactionand the efficient use of organisations' resources.

● Work closely with the product design andoperations teams to deliver excellent high quality products and results.

●Workingside by side with our clients and suppliers to optimise our lead times anddelivery of the final product to guarantee our client’s satisfaction.

●Communicate complex issues with simplicity andimpact to all levels of the organisation. Be the connection between leadership,product design, manufacturing, electrical, and site construction teams.

●Providinghands-on implementation through the project lifecycle, and guidance andcoaching to the teams to improve and manage budget and timelines.

●Developingand applying analytic frameworks to investigate business issues, identifysolutions, and lead the implementation of agreed actions for our three mainproducts (new installations of inclinators, scheduled servicing, and breakdownrepairs)

●Createstrategic metrics, key results, and competitive analysis. Analysis andcontinuous updating of the organisation workflow charts and job descriptions

The right candidate will be offered a packageof $110,00 plus Super
