The Sales Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of the sales team, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth and success. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our sales force is equipped with the necessary tools, techniques, and product knowledge to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
So, what’s the job?
As a Drupal Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of engineers through the entire development cycle of customer-facing software products. You'll oversee architectural design, development, and maintenance, ensuring a robust and flexible technology infrastructure. Your role will drive innovation and deliver industry-leading digital products and services with frequent, reliable releases.
And what are we looking for?
- Lead the technical architecture and development of Drupal-based projects/initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead a team of Drupal developers, build a healthy team culture, and high-performance team.
- Provide technical leadership, set architectural direction for Web applications, the platforms on which they run, and associated online services, with a focus on our products and services hosted on Drupal.
- Guide the team through the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Implement scalable technology processes and drive continuous improvement practices and processors, with a DevSecOps mindset.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, BAs and QA engineers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
What you’ll bring?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Drupal development, with a strong understanding of Drupal architecture, theming, and module development.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Drupal certification(s) such as Acquia Certified Developer or Acquia Certified Site Builder is a plus.
- Experience with headless Drupal, decoupled architectures, or Drupal integrations with other systems is desirable.
