What’s the opportunity?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Support Relationship Manager to join the Inchcape the team. This role will be the key point of contact for Fleet & Corporate clients across Subaru and Peugeot Citroen, providing ownership experience support during purchase and ownership.
Reporting to the Head of Fleet & Corporate and working closely with the Fleet & Corporate Sales team, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following :
- Supporting large Fleet & Government clients
- Managing vehicle pipeline and direct to client deliveries
- Manage ownership support across all vehicle lifecycle products and services
- Manage the fleet lead process
- Partner with the brand teams to implement new product and service opportunities for Fleet and Corporate clients
- Provide support and guidance to the dealer network for Fleet & Corporate ownership activities
- Cultivate a customer first mindset and provide an exceptional and consistent service
About you:
- Exceptional experience in sales management in a Fleet management company or OEM distribution fleet management
- Proven senior relationship management and sales skills
- Strong automotive product knowledge – highly desirable
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, adding value and achieving positive results
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
