About the Role

We are currently seeking a driven, eager, and reliable Supervisor for a permanent part time position from Monday - Friday 5:00pm until 8:00pm (with flexible working times), commencing immediately at Netley 5037. 

There is also possibility of additional hours at other work sites. 

Your duties & responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising cleaning teams of up to 10 staff
• Delegating appropriate tasks to staff members skillsets
• Direct communication with the client 
• Meeting KPI's for building inspections
• Allocating staff to cleaning area's
• Inspecting staff areas
• Organising adhoc work
• Completing toolbox meetings with staff
• Training new employees
• General cleaning duties; litter picking, vacuuming, emptying bins, mopping and cleaning of bathroom facilities
• General administrative duties

What we require from you?

• Previous experience in a labour-intensive role
• Prior experience in cleaning / events / hospitality industries
• Proven leadership experience of 5+ staff
• Current Driving License & reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a National Police Clearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Previous rostering experience is desired 
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on outcomes and solutions
• Ability to think on their feet, make decisions and take ownership
• Desire to grow with an exciting and developing company and industry
