Our Client and the Opportunity:

We are partnered with a leading provider of electro-mechanical rotating equipment solutions, offering comprehensive technical support worldwide.

This is a permanent and full-time opportunity at their Rydalmere site, providing oversight of a team of skilled trades in the completion of various repairs and maintenance works.

Our client has a specialty with working on electric motors, so expertise and exposure of working with motors is essential to succeed in this role.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Conduct inspections, repairs and overhauls of various assets including motors
  • Report into site management for performance objectives and shift goals
  • Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to your team to allow for workplace development
  • Uphold site safety
  • Input into job quotes and estimates for committed works

What you will bring:
  • Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical field
  • 5 years minimum industry experience
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment, including the repair and overhaul of rotating equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role, showing ability to lead and coach others.
