We are seeking a Senior Designer to join an innovative Digital & Customer Experience team dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our customer interactions and experiences.
About the Role:
The client are forming a new team focused on leveraging insights from their app to help customers better understand and benefit from their services. This is an exciting role for individuals who thrive in early-stage discovery work and have a proven track record of delivering products end-to-end in an enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise large data sets and data visualisation to deliver valuable customer insights.
- Design dashboards and work with customer data to highlight key metrics
- Collaborate with a dedicated development team to execute strategic design pathways and feature sets.
- Engage in testing and experimentation, iterating designs based on user feedback and data.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong background in product design, with a focus on high-fidelity deliverables.
- Experience in utilities, dashboard/analytics, power savings, and cost savings is advantageous.
- Proficiency in native iOS/Android app design.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and data visualisation.
- Hands-on experience with hypothesis testing and end-to-end design execution.
