The Metro South Oral Health Service are looking for Senior Dental Assistants to join their Community and Oral Health team. You will contribute by providing a high standard of dental assistance to the work performance and professional development of dental teams that are responsible for the provision of a high standard of general and specialist oral health care to all eligible clients within a service developmental framework for Metro South Oral Health Services.

About the Role
- Provide high quality dental assisting services for all eligible patients as part of a team led by a dental specialist, dentist, oral health, or dental therapist.
- Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
- Participate in the development of procedures and initiatives, including quality and service improvement activities to continually improve patient care, best practice, and total quality care for the District.
- Assist in the management and operations of the facility/area through effective planning, organisation, monitoring and evaluation of the activities of dental assistants.
