About the role

  • Campaign Execution and Monitoring: Implementing IT campaigns across various channels and platforms, monitoring their performance, and optimizing them for maximum effectiveness. This includes tracking key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement levels, and ROI (Return on Investment)
  • Campaign planning and Strategy: Developing strategic plans for IT campaigns that align with the organization's overall objectives. This involves understanding the target audience, defining campaign goals and selecting appropriate messaging and channels.
  • Project Coordination: Lead the coordination, tracking, and reporting of progress across various IT, System, and Marketing projects, working closely with both our internal team and external agencies. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of marketing materials and ensure our website or webpages meet specific rules, standards, and requirements. Your keen eye for detail will uphold the integrity of our brand and the compliance program, ensuring all specifications are meticulously followed.
  • Testing and Feedback: Conduct thorough front-end testing for new webpages, feature releases, and other website updates. Your proactive approach to identifying errors and bugs will contribute to the seamless functionality of our digital platforms.
  • Communication and Reporting: Serve as the main point of contact for reporting issues to our development team. Your ability to communicate effectively across various mediums will ensure swift resolutions, enhancing our digital offerings.

About the person

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, digital marketing or related areas.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • You are passionate about technology and marketing, with a flair for managing projects efficiently.
  • You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with both technical teams and creative minds.
  • Your attention to detail is unparalleled, ensuring the highest quality in every project you oversee.
  • You are an effective communicator, capable of articulating issues and coordinating solutions across teams.
